From my friend, Dave Crossthwaite, the Editor of Maroondah Leader newspaper;
We’re trying to raise $1 million to help food charities collect, store and provide meals to the 370,000 or so Victorians who struggle to put food on the table each day.
To that end we have organised a comedy gig with a fantastic line up of some of Melbourne’s finest comedians (see attached flyer) on Sunday, September 6 at the Comics Lounge in North Melbourne. Tickets are $25, available online at http://www.moshtix.com.au/event.aspx?id=29206&ref=moshtix
All proceeds go to Feed Melbourne.
